This technology has been successfully used in the welding of steel structure, rebar, heat exchanger, mesh structure and other complex workpieces in multiple scenarios.

Intersecting line welding has always been a difficult problem in welding automation, and there are a series of problems such as poor consistency of tooling positioning, inapplicability of arc tracking, and inapplicability of laser tracking. In this STEP, through the underlying high-order algorithm, the non-contact positioning sensor collects the pipe data, automatically identifies the pipe diameter and slope, and generates the trajectory of the intersecting line. Automatic process, no programming teaching, to solve the problem of intersecting line welding.
